Expenses and Fundraising
Each delegate is expected to help fundraise for activities that will take place at the two project sites this year. In addition, each delegate is expected to pay for their travel & lodging. 

Total Cost:   
   +/- $TBD per person (US – all fees included), which includes the following:

​** Amount may change depending on RSVPs. Non-refundable deposit of $165 is due by June 18. 
Deposit counts toward total amount. Total amount due by July 1.**

Air Travel:

   TBD

Accommodations & Some Meals:

 Casa Xanadu, La Libertad, El Salvador

   Included:
  • Wifi access
  • Breakfast & snacks every day
  • 2 picnic lunches
  • 2 group dinners
  • (more meals can be arranged for an additional cost)

Motor-coach:

   Pick-up drop off at airport and travel to project venues and other activities

Other Fees:

   Entry Tourist Fee: $10
   Exit Fee: $38


Additional Expense: Fundraising

We will be providing lunch in the two project areas, in addition to bringing materials they are in need of like: pencils, pens, markers, crayons, books in Spanish, etc. We are to fundraise $300 per person.

You will be given a paypal link that you can use to fundraise for the projects and fund you travel. It’s imperative that other people learn about what we do so they can join in making change.




No specific vaccinations are required for entry into El Salvador from the United States. 

The World Health Organization recommends the following vaccination: 
Tetanus, Hepatitis A and B. 

Bring mosquito repellant (lots)!
